To help streamline current and future procedures, you have decided to invest some time in finding an HRIS package that will fulfill the succession needs of your organization. You know that each HRIS package boasts different results, but are not sure which might align best with the succession goals you are trying to accomplish. Analyze the websites and consumer reviews of at least three different HRIS solutions/packages to familiarize yourself with each product.
